The decision to attend the Electronic Payments POS Roadshow in Charlotte, North Carolina was an easy one! When you factor in the high caliber of Electronic Payments' products, programs and support, I knew the POS Roadshow would be a great opportunity.
We all show up to see Exatouch, but Electronic Payments goes further. The Roadshow covered Electronic Payments' newest developments, including the Financial Institutions program and Exatouch features. All of the Electronic Payments staff are very approachable and have a passion for the company's products. I also had the chance to meet other ISO offices. It's not every day you can share ideas and business advice with other industry veterans, but Electronic Payments brings us together.

I made the trip recently to Florida from Michigan. I had a new agent attend the meeting with me and we both thought the trip was worth the money and time. There was the chance to have hands-on experience and training with the new Exatouch system and we had time to talk face-to-face with the powers that be at EPI. Would recommend agents that are serious about growing their business to make a point to attend one of these meetings.
Thanks for hosting such a professional and informative training at the SEAA Conference. We found it very beneficial to learn about the many exciting things happening at EPI and the future growth strategy of the company. The training sessions on Clover, Exatouch and pay-at-the-pump were great and we are very pleased to know that EPI is investing in payment solutions that will help us stay relevant in the marketplace.
Being new to EPI, it was important for me to meet the EPI leadership face-to-face. This group of individuals are the real thing as their passion for leading the company in a direction that is sales rep-focused and putting in place a product line that will no doubt make EPI the leader to all other processors!
